Frank Luca is the President and CEO of Solusa. Frank is an experienced Commodities Broker/Trader since 2007. Frank was previously an EVP and Principal with UBEQUITY Capital Partners, a private equity company and commodities trading company based in Toronto with offices in New York, London and Los Angeles. 

 

Frank is experienced in the sale of refined fuels including: D2, ULSD, (EN-590), Aviation Kerosene including Jet A-A1, MGO and other Marine Fuels as well as Mazut and various grades of Crude Oil.

 

He has established relationships with several Hedge Funds, Trade Desks, Resellers, and Refineries and Government-run Petroleum Companies.
